Discover the Power of Shapeshifter Yoga: A Fusion of Yoga & HIIT

Shapeshifter Yoga is a style of yoga that combines traditional yoga poses with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It is designed to provide a full-body workout that challenges the body and mind, and can help improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Shapeshifter Yoga typically involves a series of dynamic and flowing sequences that incorporate both yoga poses and exercises from other fitness modalities, such as calisthenics and plyometrics. It is often done to upbeat music, and may also incorporate the use of props, such as yoga blocks and straps.

Shapeshifter Yoga is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, as the intensity of the practice can be modified to suit the individual’s needs. It is important to start with a class that is appropriate for your fitness level and to listen to your body and make any necessary modifications to ensure that you are practicing safely.

In addition to the physical benefits, Shapeshifter Yoga can also have mental and emotional benefits, such as reducing stress and improving focus and concentration. It is a fun and challenging way to improve overall health and well-being.

3 Secret Ways to Get Fit and Shape Your Body for the Long-Term with Shapeshifter Yoga!

I’ve heard many inspiring stories from people who’ve seen great results from Shapeshifter Yoga. So what makes this program so effective?

Shapeshifter Yoga is based on my more than 12 years of yoga training and experience. Plus I’ve drawn from my Master’s degree studies in human anatomy and performance.

As a result, I’ve discovered a few secrets that make doing yoga far more effective and beneficial for your body. So whether you’ve been doing yoga for years — or you’ve never set foot on a yoga mat — you can do this program and LOVE what it does for your body! Let me reveal each of these secrets…

#1: Sculpts And Tones Your Muscles So You Burn More Fat

Whether I’m in a swimsuit, a pair of jeans or an evening gown, the most frequent compliment I get is on the shape of my hips, thighs and derrière…

And I built that shape with yoga!

So yes, the much hyped “yoga butt” is for real. So are yoga arms, yoga tummy, and yoga thighs. But not everyone who does yoga gets these body-shaping benefits. That’s because you need to do the right yoga moves that target specific areas of your body.

That’s what Shapeshifter Yoga is all about. I’ve used my background in Exercise Science to structure the poses and flows to give you the highest-impact body-shaping benefit possible. For example, the Half Locust is one of my favorite butt-shaping and back-strengthening poses that can help you sculpt a toned, sexy bottom in record time!

Notice how you feel a little tightness when you lift each leg? That’s helping to tone your butt and replace flab with sleek, shapely muscle. Not only that, the more muscle you build, the more fat your body is able to burn off effortlessly. This helps you target fat loss in your butt, thighs, and any other “problem” areas.

I’ve carefully designed all the poses and flows you get in Shapeshifter Yoga to help you sculpt more muscle and burn more fat, so you get stronger and leaner. And as you lose those extra pounds, you won’t be left with drooping flab. Instead you’ll see your abs get flatter, your arms get firmer, and your thighs and butt get more toned. Plus you’ll keep your body younger longer.

But there’s another way Shapeshifter Yoga makes it a snap to get the slim, sexy physique you want… and it can give you some much-needed stress relief to boot!

#2: Lowers Cortisol To Stop “stress Eating” And Weight Gain

How many times have you felt stressed out and reached for a cookie, a piece of chocolate, or a dish of ice cream? As I explained earlier, there’s a good reason for “stress eating” that often packs on the pounds: high cortisol levels. The more cortisol your body is producing, the more likely you’ll feel hungry all the time and end up overeating.

While studies prove doing yoga can lower cortisol, not all yoga is created equal. Personally, I find it hard to relax when I’m in a crowded yoga class. And it’s easy to feel pressured to keep up, instead of going at your own pace.

But the real key I’ve found to doing yoga to promote relaxation and lower cortisol levels is to BREATHE. And most yoga classes I’ve seen don’t encourage you to do it properly.

In each video included in the Shapeshifter Yoga program, I guide you through the movements while helping you focus on your breath. I tell you when to inhale and when to exhale. All you do is move your body and breathe.

Not only will you feel more relaxed, you’ll get better results from doing the poses because you’re focusing more. At the same time, your cortisol levels will drop while you tone and transform your body!

I’ve also included guided breathing exercises in the program as an extra bonus. They can work wonders to help you calm your mind and cope with stress. Let me walk you through one of my favorite calming breaths right now (it takes just seconds!)

Start by taking a deep breath in while counting slowly to four. Then hold your breath for two more counts. Now exhale slowly while slightly pursing your lips and counting to eight.

Take a moment to notice how much quieter and more relaxed you feel. Not only that, your cortisol levels probably just dropped, too. Imagine having this kind of instant control over your body’s reaction to stress. You’ll be able to let whatever’s bugging you roll off your back instead of getting angry or raiding your pantry for snacks!

There’s one more unique aspect of Shapeshifter Yoga I want to share with you that makes it so effective in ways that go way beyond transforming your body…

#3: Helps You Love Your Body So The Pounds Melt Off!

One of the best things about Shapeshifter Yoga is it gets you connected to your body again. Because if you’re like most people, you’ve lost this connection thanks to the busy, modern world we live in.

We lose ourselves in our smartphones and tablets, on the computer, in front of the TV, or otherwise immersed in technology. Or we spend our days sitting at a desk, or in our cars commuting to and from our jobs. We’re not moving enough. And when we are, we’re not fully aware of it.

In every pose and flow in the Shapeshifter Yoga program, I encourage you to bring your awareness to how each pose feels. If you stretch one leg, for example, I’ll tell you go back to your original position and notice how it feels compared to the leg you haven’t stretched yet.

This “noticing” is so important since it helps you become more connected to your body. And if you want to pause a little longer or more often, you can simply hit the pause button on the video. Imagine trying to stop and pause an actual yoga class! All too often, instructors rush through the poses without giving you time to connect with your body and notice how you feel.

You’ll also find you start to appreciate your body and become happier with how you look—and not just because you’re losing pounds and inches. Sometimes that’s not enough for you to feel happy about your body. What you really need is to love your body.

You know how some women — even those in perfect shape — hate their bodies? They’ll say “I hate my thighs” or “my arms are so fat”. This disparaging self-talk becomes a game of one-upmanship between women: “Oh, your arms aren’t fat, look at mine!” It all gets a little silly after a while. We’re talking about one part of your body. How does that define who you are?

When you’re connected to your body, you don’t hate your body. You love your body. You want to do things to nourish your body and take care of it. Without realizing it, you start to eat better, rejecting foods that make you feel bad and choosing foods that make you feel good.

You also become more attuned to what your body needs. This can affect your appetite and how much you eat. That’s why as you practice yoga more often, you may find you’re making healthier eating choices without a second thought. This leads to effortless weight loss… with NO diets, NO calorie-counting, and NO special meal plans!
